– A Monthly Dinner & Live Music Ritual

SONOMA, CA – FEBRUARY XX,  2026 Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn debuts Santé Sunday Supper Club, a new monthly dining and music series designed to become both a beloved local ritual and a destination dining experience for visitors.

Hosted on a Sunday evening the later part of each month at the resort’s signature restaurant, Santé, the series pairs a seasonally inspired, family-style prix fixe menu with intimate live music — creating an evening that blends elevated cuisine, relaxed hospitality, and the timeless pleasure of lingering at the table.

Each Supper Club evening features a four-course, family-style menu ($95 per person), optional wine pairings curated by the resort’s sommelier team, and acoustic-forward live performances that set the tone for a warm, convivial night.

With its hybrid service style — part fine dining, part supper club — Santé Sunday Supper Club invites guests to slow down, share plates, and connect, guided by servers who host the evening as much as they serve it.
