With ingredients sourced largely within 100 miles of the resort, the kitchen celebrates the region’s remarkable abundance — from seasonal organic vegetables and wild-foraged herbs to sustainably caught seafood and exceptional local wines. Designed with balance and well-being in mind, the menu dedicates 30 percent to plant-based creations, proving that indulgence and wellness can share the same table.
Leading the culinary vision is Chef de Cuisine, Jennifer Venezio, whose creative approach reflects both reverence for classical technique and a passion for the ingredients of Wine Country. Among the standout dishes is a regionally inspired bouillabaisse, a vibrant expression of Sonoma’s coastal bounty that showcases sustainably sourced seafood paired with seasonal vegetables and aromatic herbs — a dish that beautifully captures the essence of the region.
