We use a trusted 3rd party supplier, SK Chase, to process our vouchers. SK Chase will appear on your credit card statement. Each gift voucher features a unique reference ID code, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable or refundable. The gift voucher must be quoted at time of reservation and presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience. Advance bookings are necessary and are subject to availability. Some reservations may require a credit card to book, however the gift voucher will be applied to your final bill. No photocopies of the original voucher will be accepted.
