- Please note our special Holiday Hours at Fairmont Spa: Christmas Eve & Christmas Day | 9am – 5pm; New Year’s Eve | 9am – 5pm; New Year’s Day | 10am – 6pm
- Santé restaurant will be closed for a winter refresh starting December 10th. We invite you to join us for breakfast, lunch and dinner at our signature lounge, 38° North Bar, offering wine country favorites and seasonal delights.
- Starting January 1st, Santé will be closed on Tuesdays & Wednesdays until March 1st. Please visit the Santé website to review our winter hours of operation.

Visiting the Spa
Ready to book your quarterly treatment or interested in booking another treatment? Simply choose your treatment, mention in the notes if you are using your Club 1927 quarterly treatment or receiving 20% off on treatments (Monday – Thursday), indicate member number, and specify any specific practitioners you would like. We will work with your preferences and provide a spa reservation for you and adjust your bill accordingly.
