New Years Eve at Fairmont Sonoma

Ring in the New Year at Santé’s New Year’s Eve Soiree. Indulge in a decadent four-course dinner featuring optional additions such as caviar and perfectly chilled Veuve Clicquot. After dinner, the celebration continues with a DJ-led after party in the lobby and a sparkling midnight champagne toast to 2027.
